Mighty's price dores not cover the Companies House admin fee for Confirmation Statements (£13 per year). This is paid directly to Companies House by companies each year.

Companies House charge a £50 incorporation fee for every new company. However, if you choose to pay annually, we'll incorporate your company for free.
If you pay monthly, we'll still handle the incorporation but do charge for the £50 Companies House incorporation fee as it's an out of pocket expense for us too.
