How is Mighty so cheap?

Mighty offers affordable accounting by building best in-class software and focussing on freelancers and contractors.

Our software eliminates much of the complexity, time, and expense associated with traditional accounting, while our exclusive focus on ‘businesses-of-one' provides great operational efficiencies.

We then pass these significant costs savings onto our clients - delivering exceptional accounting at an affordable price.

Are there any additional costs?

Mighty includes everything needed to complete your company accounts as listed in the price above.

Mighty's price does not cover the Companies House admin fee for Confirmation Statements (£34 per year). This is paid directly to Companies House by companies each year.

Optional Add Ons:

Self Assessment: £125pa, ex VAT.

What is it? This is your personal tax return which is due by Jan 31st each year. This is separate from your company tax return.

Registered Address & Mail Scanning: £100pa, ex VAT.

What is it? A registered address protects your privacy by ensuring your home address does not appear publicly on Companies House, and provides same day scanning of your post.

Mighty's partnered with Hoxton Mix to provide this service (at no mark-up to ourselves).

I don't have a LTD company yet, can you help?

If you'd like to join Mighty we'll incorporate your limited company for you so your company can be live in under 24 hours.

We'll incorporate your company and handle all admin for free, however Companies House charge a £50 incorporation fee for every new company which you will have to pay.

Do I need a 'traditional accountant' if I use Mighty?

Mighty is built to replace the 'traditional accountant' by doing everything they would typically do for you in a fraction of the time and cost.

Our software automates the heavy lifting, and when you have a question - we have our qualified accountants on hand to help.

You are welcome to still use any accountant if you would like, however this is not necessary to complete your accounts as Mighty handles all calculations, tax optimisation and compliance for you.

I'm a small business, can I sign up?

At the moment Mighty is only for companies with one or two Company Directors.

Typically our customers are freelancers and contractors that operate through limited companies.

Does Mighty also do personal tax returns?

Yes. If you would like, we can complete your assessment (personal tax return) for just £149 ex VAT. This includes:
